To All Our Revered Patients:

Thank you! I wanted to start this message by saying those two simple words. We some times overlook the recognition of those who are most important to us and forget that hearing a simple “Thank You” might be everything a person needs to make their day. I want you all to know how deeply we appreciate you and the continued faith and trust that you have in the Quality DME family.

2020 has been one of the most challenging and difficult times that we’ve all faced in recent memory. Over these past four months, our company was able to pivot and adapt to a rapidly changing environment quickly. Through all this, we worked tirelessly to maintain the same quality of service that our patients expect and deserve. However, I know we didn’t always get it right. For those times that we made mistakes along the way, we thank you for your patience and continual support; Without it, we would not be the company that we are today. We genuinely value all the feedback that you’ve given us, both positive and negative. We always felt encouraged by the positive while taking to heart the negative and used it as a learning moment to continuously improve ourselves and our service. We are an ever-changing company, and you, the patient, are a massive part of what drives that change. As we continually strive to put patients first, each of our decisions, day to day, will keep that in mind.

As we bring to a close this wild summer of 2020, please keep safe and be well. We thank you again for all of your support over the years. We promise to be there for you when you need us, just as you all have been when we needed you.

Regards,

J. Lee
