When I started with Quality DME in 2008, the company was only four months old. At that time, I had no idea what it would become. It did not take long to feel how rewarding it could be to help the patients we have the opportunity to serve. Over the past eleven years, I have had the privilege to work closely with so many of you. This work has enabled us to fulfill our Mission: To focus on the patient and their interests over everything else. There are so many names I often see that were with us in the beginning, and it means so much to know you are still loyal customers. As we continue to grow, it is an absolute honor to see so many more customers join our family.
Over the years, I, together with so many other amazing people, have worked diligently to establish Quality DME as the provider it is today. However, we would never have gotten here if it were not for you, our loyal customers, being our greatest asset. From a time when we were a tiny group of 5 employees altruistically seeking your satisfaction, to what is now a company employing over 40 outstanding people, we will never forget that it is the patient that matters most.
